Just north of the I-405 Freeway in Torrance, a new development of for-sale housing is on the rise.
The Sakura Villas, located on a previously vacant site at 18419 S. Western Avenue, consists of 15 townhomes as well as a small, shared green space at the rear of the property.
The project consists of a series of three-story buildings arranged around a common driveway. Renderings posted to a landing page on the Ennio Schiappa Homes portray the buildings as contemporary low-rise structures with rear patios and a shared green space.
Floor plans for the Sakura Villas include two- and three-bedroom layouts, ranging from 1,270 to 1,635 square feet in size. Plans call for two- and three-garages in each home, as well as six guest parking spots.
The development site is located roughly a half-mile east of a new development from Lennar which will feature 48 homes at 2706 W. 182nd Street.
