To qualify for both density bonus incentives the provisions of AB 2011, which allows for the development of residential uses on commercial corridors statewide, the project will be required to provide 18 units of affordable housing.

The site is listed under the ownership of an entity associated with AJ Khair, a West Hollywood-based development and construction firm. The company had previously sought to build the project with a shorter mixed-use project featuring both a hotel and housing.
