Completion is nearing for The Cliffs, a new small lot subdivision in Echo Park.

The project, located at 1830 N. Glendale Boulevard, consists of eight-single family dwellings in a mix of two-bedroom floor plans ranging between 1,408 and 1,774 square feet in size.

Each of the homes will include two-car garages and rooftop decks.

City records indicate the project was developed by Ark Construction & Development, Inc., and designed by JTD Architects.

Sales prices start at $799,000, according to a project website.

In addition to a slew of similar small lot developments, the project site is located a short walk north from a multifamily residential complex now under construction at 1750 N. Glendale Boulevard.
