Archway Holdings Corp., a Beverly Hills-based real estate firm, is retooling a 1980s Hollywood office building as modern Class-A space.
Architecture firm Rios Clementi Hale Studios has been tapped to redesign the four-story structure at 1800 N. Vine Street, which is adding approximately 20,000 square feet of usable outdoor space. The ongoing spate of improvements include a new rooftop garden and a first-floor amenity deck, both of which could be used for functions such as outoor dining, meetings and movie screenings.
The building will offer slightly over 60,000 square feet of leasable office space within three levels, supplemented by features such as an on-site parking garage and a 3D theater.
1800 Vine is located directly north of the iconic Capitol Records Building, and west of recent developments such as the Eastown apartments, a Kimpton Hotel and a residential tower at 1755 Argyle Avenue.
