A new collection of small lot houses will be built just north of York Boulevard in Highland Park, according to a representative of RSE Capital Partners.
The project, which is being developed by Shea Homes, calls for the construction of 20 single-family residences on a 27,000-square-foot site at 1118-1128 N. Avenue 56. Plans call for an array of three- and four-story structures, centered around common green space.
Architecture firm Aaron Brumer & Associates designed the project, which received sign-offs from the City of Los Angeles in April 2017. Square One Homes, which originally entitled the property, sold it to Shea in late 2017.
