In Inglewood, a local developer has filed plans to construct townhomes just west of La Brea Avenue.

The proposed development, slated for an L-shaped property at 113-133 W. Plymouth Street, would replace 11 existing single-family residences with 20 three-story townhomes above a basement parking garage.

Each of the new townhomes would feature three-bedroom floor plans with rooftop deck.  Floor plans would range between 1,823 and 1,859 square feet.

West Hollywood-based Ward Schurr and Arcadia-based Nassef A Eskander & Associates are attached the project as applicant and architect, respectively.

A timeline for the Plymouth Street townhomes has not been announced.
