In Inglewood, construction has commenced on a new multifamily residential development just south of the intersection of La Brea and Centinela Avenues.

The project site, an L-shaped property at 113-133 W. Plymouth Street, was previously developed with 11 residential units in a mix of single-family residences and small multifamily buildings. In their place, plans approved by the City of Inglewood will permit the construction of a three-story building featuring 20 townhome-style dwellings above a basement parking garage.

According to an environmental report published in 2018, the project will include a mix of three-bedroom units - each featuring a rooftop deck. Floor plans will range between 1,823 and 1,859 square feet in size.

As of 2018, West Hollywood-based Ward Schurr and Arcadia-based Nassef A Eskander & Associates were attached the project as applicant and architect, respectively.
