In Hollywood, Palm Desert-based real estate firm Family Development is finalizing the buildout of a new small lot subdivision.

The project, called Sol Hollywood, is located at the southeast corner of Lexington Avenue and Orange Drive.  Plans call for 24 two- and three-bedroom homes - ranging between 1,657 and 2,210 square feet - each of which will feature three parking spaces, balconies, and rooftop decks.

Renderings depict a set of contemporary three-story houses, arranged around two common driveways.

The project site is located just north of Santa Monica Boulevard, where Onni Group recently broke ground on amixed-use building that will feature 231 apartments and ground-floor retail space.
