The 34-story building, which is being developed by real estate firm Douglas Emmett, Inc., will consist of 376 apartments - including 19 affordable units - above a 1,000-car garage that will be shared with an adjacent office building.

The project, which is called "The Landmark," is being designed by Gensler.  Plans call for an all glass exterior on the 349-foot-tall high-rise, which would be inlaid with LED lighting and lined with cantilevered balconies.

At ground-level, a one-acre green space adjacent to Wilshire Boulevard would be converted into a park-like amenity space.  Renderings of the planned green space, which is being designed by SWA, depict features such as tables, benches, chairs, and walking paths.

Per a landing page on the Douglas Emmett website, The Landmark is scheduled for completion in 2022.
