Located at the intersection of Colorado Avenue and Euclid Street, the project replaced a surface parking lot with a new three-story edifice that will contain 30,000 square feet of office space and 4,000 square feet of ground-floor retail above a three-level, 92-car basement garage.

Designed by Belzberg Architects, the building features U-shaped footprint above its ground floor with a courtyard in-between.

The project is being developed by Friedkin Group, a Houston-based firm which purchased the property from Santa Monica-based Watt Companies in 2018.

The project is one of several mid-sized office buildings in the works near 17th Street/Santa Monica College Station, including multiple projects from Redcar Properties.
