The proposed project, which would rise just north of the Glendale Freeway at 3845 Fletcher Drive, calls for the construction of 37 detached homes as well as 20,000 square feet of open space and outdoor gathering areas. The joint venture partners expect to break ground on the project early next year, with the aim of launching sales by the second quarter of 2023.
KTGY is designing the three-story homes, which will come in two and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,650 to 1,740 square feet in size. Each home will include a two-car garage and a rooftop deck.
