LPC West is putting the finishing touches on FLIGHT at Tustin Legacy, its new office campus at the former Marine Air Corps Station in Tustin. 

The 38-acre campus, the first phase of which is expected to open in March, features numerous low- and mid-rise buildings containing 470,000 square feet of leasable space. 

Rios Clementi Hale Studios designed the project to allude to the property's aviation history.  Renderings show a series of contemporary buildings featuring high, pitched ceilings and open floor plans in a landscaped setting.

The project has signed several leases, but a representative of LPC Wet declined to name the property's future tenants. 

A second phase of the project, featuring an additional 400,000 square feet of offices, does not have an announced timeline.
