Intracorp, a Canadian developer with offices in Newport Beach, has completed construction of a new townhome development in Irvine.

LUX, which replaced a former office park in the Irvine Business Complex, is located at 17821 Gillette Avenue.  The project features 39 three- and four-bedroom townhomes, ranging between 1,587 and 2,077 square feet.

KTGY Architecture + Planning designed LUX, which faces both public and private streets, as well as a large private green space.  The contemporary three-story homes feature stucco facades with stone accents.

The homes are priced starting in the mid-$800,000s.
