Vancouver-based developer Intracorp Homes is set to build another Southern California housing complex in Orange County.
This month, Intracorp announced a partnership with The Resmark Companies on a project which will bring 40 for-sale dwellings to a site at 17802 Irvine Boulevard in Tustin. The project, which would replace a pair of office buildings, was approved by the Tustin City Council in January 2023.
Slated to rise directly across the street from Columbus Tustin Park, the complex calls for a series of three-story buildings featuring three- and four-bedroom townhomes, with floor plans ranging from 1,965 to 2,004 square feet in size. Each home would also include a two-car garage and a rooftop deck.
Bassenian Lagoni Architects is designing the townhome complex, with Land Concern serving as landscape architect. The site, in addition to housing, will include landscaped pathways, a green space, and a barbeque area.
Construction of the complex is already underway, and move-ins are set to begin in 2024.
