The 425 Palm development, located at the northwest corner of Beverly Boulevard and Palm Drive, consists of a five-story building which will feature 20 one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences  above a two-level, 62-car basement parking garage at completion.

Kevin Tsai Architecture is designing 425 Palm, which according to a landing page on the firm's website, features a glazed terra cotta facade on its exterior, and condominiums with open layouts and high ceilings. Besides housing, plans also call for a rooftop deck and a pool.

Etco, which is headquarter in Beverly Hills, has recently built a handful of new for-sale housing projects in the neighboring Beverly Grove community. The company's other ventures include the nine-story Ato development in Downtown Los Angeles, as well as past projects in Del Rey and Pasadena.
