The proposed project from Intracorp, which would rise at 1400 Montefino Avenue, calls for razing the existing two-story building and surrounding parking lot to make way for the construction of a series of buildings containing 49 homes with parking for 120 vehicles. Plans call for homes ranging between 1,940 and 1,988 square feet in size.

SDK Design Group is the architect for the project, which would consist exclusively of three-story, Spanish-style buildings with white stucco exteriors and tile roofs.

Construction is projected to commence in late 2026 and be completed in approximately 30 months.
