The curtain has lifted at 966 S. Kenmore Avenue, revealing the exterior of another multifamily residential development from Jamison Services, Inc. 


The six-story building, located just north of Olympic Boulevard, will feature 50 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments above parking for 45 vehicles.  Project entitlements include Transit Oriented Communities incentives, requiring five extremely low-income apartments in exchange for relief from certain zoning restrictions.

The podium-type development is designed by Corbel Architects, and is clad in a combination of stucco and concrete.  Balconies wrap the building's exterior.

Completion is expected later this year.

Jamison Services has more than two dozen housing projects in development in the Koreatown neighborhood.
