The debut of a new boutique hotel is around the corner in Koreatown, according to the property's official website.
The Kins Hotel, an adaptive reuse project that is transforming a 1950s office building at 3434 W. 6th Street, consists of a four-story structure featuring 52 guest rooms with ground-floor restaurant space. A new restaurant terrace deck is also located to the east of the main building above a small parking area.
City records list the project applicant and property owners as Moon Han Bae of M and C Property Management, LLC, while the architect is listed as Architecture Studio MA, Inc.
According to the property's website, the hotel includes a gym and a meeting room. Two restaurants are to be located on the building's ground level, while a bar will be located on the adjacent patio.
The hotel is accepting bookings starting in September.
