Jamison Services, Inc.'s multifamily residential complex at 535 Kingsley Drive in Koreatown continues with construction, as facade details are revealed for the modern seven-story building.

The project, located just north of 6th Street, will offer 72 one- and two-bedroom dwellings, in addition to a 92-car garage and amenities such as of fitness center, a community room, and a roof deck.

The mid-rise structure, designed by Killefer Flammang Architects, is clad with a mix of porcelain tile and white and gray metal panels.

A temporary certificate of occupancy is expected to be issued for the building by February 1.
