The Village at Fairview, a project from Hope and Housing with the City of Burbank, would rise from a property located at 2321-2335 N. Fairview Street. Plans call for the construction of a four-story structure featuring 60 one-, two-, three-, and four-story buildings above a single level of basement parking with 60 stalls.

Construction of the project will require the approval of density bonus incentives to permit a larger structure than otherwise allowed by zoning rules, according to an environmental notice. A landing page on the Hope and Housing website indicates that 15 of the apartments will serve as permanent supportive housing.

Y&M Architects is designing the Village, which is shown in plans with a central courtyard and a community room.
