Developers Lincoln Property Company and Northwood Investors have completed construction of the Colorado Campus, a new office complex at 2041-2115 Colorado Avenue in Santa Monica.

The project, located on a 2.1-acre site between Cloverfield Boulevard and 20th Street, offers 92,000 square feet of office space in four separate buildings.  General contractor Morley Builders worked to preserve three of the four buildings.

Architecture firms RAC Design Build and House & Robertson designed the project, which includes the addition of a 28,000-square-foot garage featuring 76 parking stackers capable of accommodating up to 152 vehicles.

As of August, Universal Music Group was in talks to lease approximately 33,000 square feet of office space at the property.

LPC West and Northwood Investors are parties to several other office developments in Southern California, including the Entrada complex in Culver City and the Lumen project in West Los Angeles.

A block north of the Colorado Campus, LaTerra Development broke ground earlier this year on two apartment buildings with ground-floor retail at the intersection of Broadway and Cloverfield Avenue.
