LINC Housing Corporation is now wrapping up construction for Mosaic Gardens at Westlake, a new affordable housing complex located near Downtown Los Angeles.

The project, located at the corner of Beverly Boulevard and Lucas Avenue, consists of a six-story structure featuring 125 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, priced for households making between 30 and 60 percent of the Los Angeles area median income.  Rents will range between $398 and $1,295 per month.

The $57-million project, designed by Lahmon Architects, will incorporate drought-tolerant landscaping, a stormwater management system, and other green features.

Completion is expected in mid-2018.
