HVN Development has more affordable housing in the works for North Hollywood, according to an application filed yesterday with the L.A. Department of City Planning.
The latest project, slated for a site at 11649 Burbank Bouelvard, calls for razing five existing homes to clear the way for a new six-story structure featuring 75 one- and two-bedroom apartments above parking for 21 vehicles.
As with other HVN projects, the apartments at Burbank Boulevard are to be rented to low- and moderate-income households, save for a single manager's unit. As a fully income-restricted development, the project is eligible for citywide housing incentives.
Stockton Architects is designing the building, which would come in the customary white, grey, and blue stucco seen on most HVN projects.
HVN recently secured permits for a similar project with 76 apartments along Califa Avenue in North Hollywood.
