Mid-Wilshire-based CIM Group's latest project, located at 2535 S. Mansfield Avenue, is a five-story building featuring 116 apartments above parking for 51 vehicles. But unlike most of the company's other projects in West Adams, this will be a fully income-restricted development.
The Executive Directive 1 development will fully be restricted to low- and moderate-income renters, according to findings included with a project application.
Hwangbo Architecture is designing the contemporary podium-type building, according to plans included with the filing.
The project site is located directly behind The Jayne, a mixed-use residential development also built by CIM Group.
