The project, located at 9426 S. Normandie Avenue, consists of a three-story structure that will feature 57 apartments and parking for six vehicles. Plans call for 56 studio units reserved for households earning no more than 30 percent of the area median income level.

At the time the project sought bond financing in 2023, a staff report to the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee indicates that the expected monthly rent is $662.

The project site sits diagonally across the intersection of 95th and Normandie from a recently-completed pocket park.
