The project from Los Angeles-based developer Passo, slated for a property at 2323 Westwood Boulevard, calls for the construction of a new seven-story building featuring 103 studio and one-bedroom apartments with parkign for two vehicles.

The proposed Executive Directive 1 development, would also employ development bonuses under the City's Affordable Housing Incentive Program. The project is eligible, as all of the apartments are to be set aside for low- and moderate-income renters.

Aero Collective is designing the building, which is portrayed in a rendering as a contemporary podium-type building.

Passo, in addition to its new Westwood Boulevard project, has pitched plans for at least a half dozen similar projects across the Westside.
