After breaking ground in 2015, AMLI Marina Del Rey is now toeing the finish line. 

AMLI Residential developed the $300-million residential project, located at 4242 Via Marina. Though there are still finishing touches underway, the project is now leasing. 

There are a total of 585 rental units, with studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 643 to 2,240 square feet. Amenities include two resort-style pools, a two-story fitness center, three rooftop decks, and an 8,000 square foot commercial space. 

TCA Architects designed the six low-rise buildings to look like a contemporary boathouse, using a simple shed roof with exposed rafters and siding, plaster, and stone wall claddings. The 10.4-acre site fronts the marina and includes a waterfront promenade that wraps the perimeter of the property. 

On the lot next door, a similar TCA-designed residential project is on the rise.
