Steaven Jones Development Company has unveiled new renderings for INclave, a mixed-use development now under construction in the Marina Arts District. 

Located at 4061-4065 Glencoe Avenue, WEST Builders is serving as general contractor for the three-building complex, which will offer a mix of office space, retail and luxury apartments.

A total of 49 apartments will occupy the buildings third, fourth and fifth floors, featuring a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans with open layouts, walk-in closets, and in-unit washer/dryer sets.

Its lower levels will feature 65,000 square feet of creative offices, with 22-foot-high ceilings and polished concrete floors, as well approximately 2,100 square feet for a cafe at ground level.

At the basement, a 282-car garage is being constructed with an automated parking system for residential and commercial tenants.

Santa Monica-based VTBS Architects is designing INclave, which is described as combining mid-century modern and industrial design.  Open space amenities are incorporated throughout the building, including a large swimming pool, a fitness center, and a community room.

Completion of the project is anticipated in the first quarter of 2019.
