With construction now complete for the Formosa West building at the Lot in West Hollywood, developer CIM Group is gearing up for a third office building at the independent studio.

The Courtyard Building, designed by Studio One Eleven, will rise six stories and feature nearly 98,000 square feet of rentable floor space.

Conceptual renderings show a contemporary concrete and steel structure, featuring open floor plans and oversized windows.

Completion is tentatively scheduled to occur in 2020, according to a marketing brochure.
