Los Angeles-based developer Stradella Group is cooking up plans for another small lot subdivision in East Hollywood. 

The project, which would replace two duplexes at 1221-1229 N. Virgil Avenue, calls for the construction of 10 single-family dwellings with 22 parking spaces.

Additional details regarding the project are not disclosed in its case summary sheet.

Stradella Group also filed plans to construct nine small lot homes near the Vermont/Santa Monica subway station this week.
