A pair of single-family homes in the Mid-City area could make way for a new small lot subdivision.
The project, detailed in a presentation to the South Robertson Neighborhood Council's Land Use Committee, would rise on two parcels a 2641 and 2647 Garth Avenue. Plans call for the construction of 12 single-family dwellings, each of which would feature three bedrooms, a two-car garage, and a rooftop deck.
North Hollywood-based CTRL-DSGN is designing the project, which would consist entirely of three-story structures arranged in two rows centered on a common driveway.
Local real estate development firm Stradella Group is listed as the project applicant. The Toluca Lake-based company is planning similar small lot subdivisions in East Hollywood.
