Construction is now wrapping up for the Gordon North project, a new apartment building located just north of Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood.

The project, a four-story, 49-unit development at 1558 N. Gordon Street, features 49 apartments above a subterranean parking garage.

John Kaliski Architects designed the low-rise structure, which was developed by Evolution Strategic Partners.

The property sits just north of the still-vacant Sunset Gordon tower, which remains empty as its owner - CIM Group - attempts to resolve legal issues stemming from a 2015 court case.
