On August 18, the Country Club Park-Wilshire Park-Windsor Village-Oxford Square Historic Preservation Overlay Zone (HPOZ) Board (yes, that's really the name) is scheduled to take up consideration of a proposed apartment building at the southwest corner of Wilton Place and San Marino Street.

The project, which comes from property owners Hac Song Lee and Stella H. Nam, would replace the existing two-story edifice with a new four-story apartment building featuring eight residential one-bedroom dwellings above street-level parking for 12 vehicles.

Koreatown-based Andmore Partners is designing the proposed project, which is described in findings included with an April 2021 entitlement submission as having "Eclectic Revival style architecture" and a roof of terra cotta tiles.  The design is intended to meet the requirements of the HPOZ, while not surpassing the height of adjacent buildings.
