An auto body repair shop and a single family home in the North San Fernando Valley are poised to make way for a multifamily residential development, according to the agenda of this week's meeting of the Panorama City Neighborhood Council's Land Use Committee.

The property, located at 9502 Van Nuys Boulevard, is slated for the construction of a four-story building featuring 59 residential units above basement and at-grade parking for 94 vehicles.

A rendering of the project, displayed on the website of GA Engineering, portray a contemporary mid-rise structure with an outdoor deck on its third floor.

The development site is owned by Convex Enterprises, Inc.

Additional details regarding the project have not been announced.
