A half year after our last update, a mixed-use development from Schon Tepler Group is now topped out in Arlington Heights.

Located at 3617-3625 Venice Boulevard, the project consists of a five-story building which will include 28 residential units above street-fronting commercial space and podium parking.
Architect Sammie Tabrizi is designing the apartment building, which will have an exterior of smooth finish plaster and a setback on its western property line which will be used to create a landscaped amenity deck.
Schon Tepler acquired the project site in 2018 and was cleared to begin construction in March 2020.

In addition to the Arlington Heights complex, Schon Tepler's other ongoing projects include under-construction apartment buildings in Rampart Village and Echo Park, as well as proposed developments in East Hollywood and Koreatown.
