Just over one year after our last update, construction is nearing completion for a new development of townhomes just west of the Sunset Gower Studios campus at Hollywood.

AUX Architecture
The project, which is now called Aspect 5, sits on a single parcel at 1243 N. Gower Street - just south of Fountain Avenue and Sunset Boulevard. The site consists of five four-story homes, offering a mix of two- and three-bedroom floor plans up to 1,600 square feet in size.
Los Angeles-based AUX Architecture designed the for-sale development, which is clad in a combination of white cement board siding and stucco. Rooftop decks adorn each of the homes.
The project was originally anticipated to open in May 2019.

A sales website for Aspect 5 lists the project's developer as TAB Investment Group, a local real estate firm.
On the opposite side of Sunset Gower Studios, a much more visible project was recently approved by Los Angeles city officials. Hudson Pacific Properties secured entitlements for a project which would double the size of the historic film and television production facility - construction could begin as early as 2024.
