The project from SR Capital, Inc., named for its intersection at the northwest corner of Barrington Avenue and Gateway, is a five-story building which features 73 apartments above 5,900 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and a two-level, 90-car subterranean parking garage.

A leasing website for the property's market-rate units lists a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, with rents ranging from $2,400 to $4,650 per month.

Project entitlements include density bonus incentives to permit a larger structure than allowed by zoning rules. In exchanges for the zoning concessions, SR Capital will set aside six apartments as very low-income affordable housing.

Architect David H. Raider designed the contemporary low-rise building, which is clad in metal panels, ceramic tiles, and cement plaster. On-site amenities include two podium-level courtyards, a recreation room, and a rooftop deck.
