In Beverly Hills, the concrete frame of a $320-million condominium complex is now rising above ground at 9200 Wilshire Boulevard

The project, which replaced a surface parking lot, is being developed as a joint venture between SHVO, Bilgili Group, and Deutsche Finance.  Plans call for a seven-story edifice featuring 54 condominiums above 6,650 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and a subterranean parking garage.

MVE + Partners is designing the mid-rise structure, which will be clad materials including limestone, travertine, white painted steel, and glass.  The building will have a U-shaped footprint, with a Wilshire-facing setback used to provide a street-level courtyard.

Other proposed features of the project include two rooftop decks.

At the time of the project's groundbreaking in late 2019, completion was anticipated by Fall 2021.

SHVO and its partners acquired the 9200 Wilshire development in May 2019 for $130 million.  The company secured $190 million in construction financing for the project later that year.

The land was entitled for the current project in 2017 by New Pacific Realty.
