Ikon Hospitality, a local investment firm, is nearing completion on a new boutique hotel in North Hollywood.

Ikon North Hollywood, located at the southeast corner of Weddington Street and Tujunga Avenue, consists of a four-story building that will feature 43 guest rooms, a swimming pool, private patios and gallery space for local artists.

The contemporary low-rise structure was designed by the Irvine-based architecture firm nKlosures.

Completion is expected later this year.
