The project, which debuted at a ribbon cutting Ceremony on June 30, consists of a four-story building featuring 64 one-bedroom residential units in addition to on-site services and resident amenities.

Lahmon Architects designed Cadence, which features a black, white, and grey stucco exterior with lime green accents. The apartment complex's two buildings are linked by pedestrian bridges, overlooking landscape courtyards and amenity decks at the podium and ground level.

Cadence, which is currently 80 percent occupied, was built with funding from city and county sources, as well as tax credit equity.
