The concrete frame of a new mid-rise office building is now protruding above ground level in the Hollywood Media District.
The eight-story building, located at the southwest corner of Sycamore and Romaine Street, will offer approximately 70,000 square feet of rentable space when completed in 2018.
Local architecture firm LOHA is designing the project, which is one of a handful of new office buildings that have come to the surrounding blocks in recent years. A similar development with 60,000 square feet of office space was recently completed just across the street.
