Empire Property Group has topped out at its latest multifamily residential development in West Hollywood.

Located at 8017 Norton Avenue, the five-story building will feature 34 residential units, as well as open space amenities like a rooftop deck.

Empire at Norton is designed by Levin-Morris Architects.

Completion is anticipated later this year.

Empire Property Group recently completed work at a similar apartment complex in Beverly Hills.
