In Sawtelle, the wrappign is off at a small infill apartment complex just south of Metro's Expo/Bundy Station.

Located at 2344 Bundy Drive, the project site is a corner lot at the Bundy's intersection with Tennessee Place. The five-story duplex would also include ground-floor commercial space,  a recreation room, and parking, according to building permits issued by the City of Los Angeles.

The project is listed on the website of co-living landlord Cohaus, as well as that of Terra Capital, which indicates that the property would house up to 29 people.

While the new construction on the east side of Bundy Drive stands taller than the single-family homes that previously occupied the blocks to the south of the Metro stop, it pales in comparison to what is happening on the west side of the street, where Carmel Partners is building three projects containing more than 600 apartments.

Terra Capital also is entering the mix on the west side of Bundy, with plans for two apartment buildings along Wellesley Avenue.
