Construction is in the home stretch for The Q De Soto in Warner Center, developer Balaciano Group announced this week.

The mixed-use project project, located at 21010 W. Erwin Street, is the largest yet in Balaciano Group's Q Brand collection, featuring 375 residential units atop 24,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The building also sits atop a three-level, approximately 600-car subterranean garage.

Newman Garrison + Partners designed the contemporary podium-type building, which will include amenities such as a fitness center, a pool, a sauna, a dog park, and co-working space.

The building is set to open for renters in the first quarter of 2025.

Prior Warner Center developments from Balaciano Group (formerly California Home Builders) include the Q Variel and the Q Topanga. The developer is also planning to break ground next year on the Q Erwin, a similar mixed-use project planned for an abutting site at the southeast corner of Variel and Erwin Street.
