This week, the Beverly Hills Architectural Commission will reviewed a proposed residential development at 250 North Crescent Drive.
The project site, currently a vacant lot, would birth a four-story structure featuring eight condominiums above a subterranean parking garage.
Renderings of the project, designed by Levin-Morris Architects, portray a contemporary low-rise building clad with anondized aluminum mullions, dark gray stone veneer, and siding in white and natural wood tone.
Additional details about the project are unclear.
Levin-Morris is also designing a condominium complex near the L'Ermitage hotel on Burton Way.
