Just east of Metro's Expo/Crenshaw Station, construction continues for Expo Walk, a new townhouse complex from Orange County developer Olson Homes.
The project, which rises on a former industrial site at 2905 Exposition Place, consists of 78 residential units in 15 three-story buildings.
KTGY Architecture + Planning designed Expo Walk, which includes a mix of two- and three-bedroom dwellings ranging from 1,752 to 2116 square feet in size.
A project website advertises availabilities starting at approximately $773,000.
Olson Homes also obtained for two similar developments on the north side of Exposition Boulevard, although one of those properties has since been sold to the Luzzato Company, which is now developing an office campus for the fast-casual restaurant chain Sweetgreen.
