Seven months after breaking ground on the two-building Modera Hollywood development, Mill Creek Residential Trust is beginning vertical construction for the project.
The mixed-use complex, located at 1600 N. Highland Avenue and 1600 N. McCadden Place, consists of two six-story structures featuring 248 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments above more than 12,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
Killefer Flammang Architects designed the contemporary mid-rise buildings, which will feature communal amenities such as swimming pool, roof decks, and fitness centers.
Completion is expected in Spring 2019.
Mill Creek is planning a similar mixed-use building near Hollywood and Vine.
