Construction is ramping up for the Four Seasons Private Residences, a luxury condominium development in Beverly Grove.
This past weekend, a tower crane was added to the construction site at 3300 S. Wetherly Drive, as Genton Property Group readies for the 12-story building to rise above ground level. At completion, plans call for 49 for-sale units - including a penthouse which will command a $50-million sales price
Architecture firm CallisonRTKL designed the mid-rise tower, which is divided into three separate wings. Two low-rise sections at the east side of the property along Almont Drive will feature townhouse units.
Completion is expected in 2019.
