Renovations are now complete for a small office building in West Los Angeles, which has added new amenities to appeal to tenants in creative industries.
Located at 11801 Mississippi Avenue, the two-story structure features nearly 27,000 square feet of floor space and 75 dedicated parking spaces. New features include large collaborative spaces, outdoor patios and floor-to-ceiling windows. Additionally, a glass atrium allows natural light to flood the building's interior.
The project adds to the tight West L.A. office market, where space in the Olympic corridor is often in short supply. Other projects such as Martin Expo Town Center and the expansion of the Trident Center will add new supply to the neighborhood.
More information is available at the project's LoopNet page.
