The curtain has lifted at the La Tijera Apartments, a multifamily residential complex from CIM Group.

Located at the southeast corner of La Tijera Boulevard and Sepulveda Eastway, the five-story building will feature 136 residential units in addition to open space amenities.

The project was designed by the Architecture Design Collaborative and features stucco as its primary exterior finish.

Completion is on pace to occur this year.
